Return Policy

Return Window:
You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your product, only if:

• The product is damaged or defective

• The item received is incorrect

• The product is unused, and in its original packaging with seal intact

Items Not Eligible for Return:

• Opened or used products

• Products without original packaging

• Items bought during sale, unless damaged

Return Process:

1. Write to us at 📧 info@majesticroots.in within 7 days of receiving the product with:

   • Order ID

   • Photo of the damaged/incorrect item

2. Our team will review and initiate the return if eligible

3. Upon approval, our courier will pick up the product

4. Once received and verified at our warehouse, refund or replacement will be processed

Note: We do not provide reverse pick-up in certain pin codes. In such cases, we may ask you to courier it back and reimburse standard charges.
